T1 Constructions has been engaged to design & construct the residential development project ‘No.5 George’ at 5 – 19 George Street in Blacktown.
The project comprises of 408 apartments over two 24-storey residential towers with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom units, as well as with a 7 level basement parking in the heart of Blacktown. It is supported by ground floor retail tenancies and the Good Luck supermarket, with additional retail uses and communal facilities such as indoor gym in the podium level.
The project is due for completion in late 2022.
